SHOWSTOPPERS is a collection of stand-alone songs that consistently drew folks to the dance floor by offering a little something extra. Whether through an outstanding musical hook, a compelling story line, or, good old fascinatin' rhythm; these songs grabbed everyone for a communal ride. Once on the ride, that rare place of living inside a song, was visited.

Towards the end of 1983, dance music from England made its appearance in the States. It found a receptive audience keen to the tight pop sensibility and clever harmonic hooks. As the '80s charged on, funky syncopation and a touch of soul were introduced; further polishing the sound. Solo vocalists, duos, girl groups & boy groups, all contributed their talents. The dance component of a second British Invasion, was on.

For a number of years now, Morning Music has been lumped together with "Sleaze". Although both are heard towards the end of a night out, they are separate entities. Morning Music is down-tempo yet big. It can be pretty or even haunting. A compelling story is usually told, without the sass of Sleaze. Morning Music has qualities that make the brain happy - a great appetizer to Sleaze, which makes the body happy.

Retro Remakes Remastered is a collection of '70s and '80s dance hits that were covers of well known pop and rock standards. THESE tracks are the original 12-inch extended club versions that packed the dance floors of America.

Some of the artists have disappeared with time, others are well known and still vibrant today. It's the songs that matter here - retro versions anyone can sing along with, and perhaps... bust a move.
